- ▹Contributed to the Innovation team of a leading Belgian call center by spearheading the development of the complete client-side interface for an AI-enhanced email support application. This solution streamlined email handling by analyzing content, recommending agent actions, and proposing refined responses, demonstrably reducing processing time and improving response quality.
- ▹My focus was on the industrialization and successful deployment of this application, which has since been adopted by four other clients. Collaborated with an AI expert and a system expert on the team.

CV Generator is an AI-powered resume creation platform that analyzes job descriptions to tailor CVs with relevant skills and experiences. It maintains ATS-friendly formatting and keyword optimization, offers multiple templates, generates cover letters, and provides job match scoring with skill gap analysis. Built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Google Gemini, and OpenAI, it includes secure resume storage via Supabase (PostgreSQL) and high-quality PDF generation through Puppeteer.

AlwaysApply is a modern web-based job portal that helps job seekers find and apply for jobs, and enables employers to post and manage job listings. The platform offers advanced search and filtering options, personalized job recommendations, and secure authentication for both job seekers and employers. Employers can easily track applications, manage job postings, and communicate with candidates, while job seekers benefit from a user-friendly interface, resume uploads, and real-time notifications.
